As opposed to heddle frames, type I, heddle frames, type VI, are equipped with the upper profile of 30 mm width which provides ease of weaving machine maintenance.
This type of heddle frames is used with:- heald twine heddles;
- plate heddles with “О”- shaped closed-type end loops.
Intermediate stiffening stays are removable and latches of heddle support bar are mobile allowing to equidistribute threads over different zones according to woven style of fabric.
The heddle frames can be equipped with reinforced locks for heddle motion levers which increases the life span of the frames.
